2. Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email, password hash, avatar, role, sports) — to create and operate your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Content (videos, images, annotations, voice memos, messages, reviews) — to deliver coaching analyses. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Usage and device data (log entries, IP address, browser/device identifiers) — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Order data (plan, subscription status, order references) — to give you access to what you bought and meet legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Marketing emails, where you opt in. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
3. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record — for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- Service providers (sub-processors): Supabase (database, authentication, and media storage), Lovable (application hosting), and Google (optional sign-in) — strictly to run the service.
- Other users: the coach you submit to sees your submitted content; public coach profiles, ratings, and reviews are visible to anyone with the link; shared analysis or folder links are visible to anyone holding the link.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
We never sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to allow recovery, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Order and invoicing records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax obligations. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@coachvision.app; we respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and authenticated access to all private content.
