Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or email us at support@coachvision.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not billed again. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show the credit.
